Our simple promise to you

Get pre-approved with Reali Mortgage before making an offer, and we’ll close your loan in 20 days. If we can’t, we’ll give you $1,000. It’s that simple.

20-Day Terms and Conditions

  • Closing date must be at least the guaranteed number of days past the contract date.
  • Contractual closing date, as identified in Purchase & Sale Agreement, must not change.
  • Borrower must get pre-approved through Reali Mortgage before offer is ratified.
  • Borrower must dispute results of appraisal (if applicable) within 48 hours.
  • Borrower must respond to any communication in a prompt and timely manner, including:
    • Within 24 hours: Borrower provides signed appraisal order form
    • Within 24 hours: Listing Agent must provide Reali with Title/Escrow Master Settlement Statement and Preliminary Title Report
    • Within 48 hours: sign initial disclosures
    • Within 3 days: lock rate and pay for appraisal
    • Within 5 days: order appraisal
  • If contract is ratified on Friday, Sunday, or a holiday, the following business day will be counted as Day 1.
  • If “mail-away” closing is required, it must be communicated to Reali Mortgage 10 days prior to close.
  • Offer is only valid in states where Reali Mortgage is currently originating loans.
  • Each borrower make only take advantage of this offer once per property.
  • Offer is not available for the following:
    • Refinances
    • Properties that require appraisal reinspection
    • Government loans (VA Loans, FHA Loans, USDA Loans)
    • New Construction
    • Non-QM Loans (i.e. Bank Statement Program)
    • Properties in litigation or arbitration
  • To claim offer proceeds borrower must (1) originate their loan with Reali Mortgage and (2) email broker@realimortgage.com to initiate a guarantee claim.
